Job Requirements
Professional Mover
- Fulfill packing service requirements using moving blankets, packing tape, shrink and bubble wrap;
- Lift and carefully move boxes, wrapping furniture and miscellaneous items from one location to another;
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. or more regularly throughout the day;
- Keep track of moving supplies on the truck before and after each move;
- A team leader should make sure all documentation is filled out correctly and completely and ensure the client has signed the contract and made the appropriate payment.
Driver-Mover
- Drive the truck to and from each designated location, back to Crown Movers headquarters.
- Fulfill packing service requirements using moving blankets, packing tape, shrink and bubble wrap;
- Lift and carefully move boxes, wrapping furniture and miscellaneous items from one location to another;
- Keep track of moving supplies on the truck before and after each move;
- A team leader should make sure all documentation is filled out correctly and completely and ensure the client has signed the contract and made the appropriate payment.
Moving Coordinator
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers;
- Create and maintain both electronic and paper files for each order;
- Assist clients with their form submissions and throughout the quote process;
- Upsell and Cross-sell our range of services and moving supplies according to the client's needs;
- Build moving plans and schedule services;
- Update CRM and schedule with planned activities;
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding client concerns;
- Create and maintain profiles in the CRM.
